This Christmas the City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters is once again welcoming donations for the Give the Gift of Reading initiative.

You can Give the Gift of Reading by donating a new children’s reading book, colouring or activity pack to be gifted to a South Australian child in need as part of the Backpacks 4 SA Kids program.

Help make Christmas memorable for a young person by leaving your unwrapped gift under the Christmas tree at any of the Council’s Libraries or Norwood Town Hall.

Donations will be accepted until 24 December 2025.
