Join us for an hour of gentle movements, deep breaths, and mindful meditation amidst the natural beauty of Linde Reserve.

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, Tai Chi offers a holistic approach to wellness for both body and mind.

Every Friday between 6 February - 13 March 2026.
 
Book online or in person at Norwood Town Hall, Payneham or St Peters Libraries. Payment is required at the time of booking.

Cost: $36 for 6 classes (or $6 per class)

Bookings are essential.

All classes held at Linde Reserve, Stepney. Open to all ages and fitness levels.
