HAND ARTHRITIS  (with Full Circle Hand Therapy)

Join us for a workshop bought to you by Full Circle Hand Therapy. The workshop will cover:

• Information about hand arthritis - what it is, its causes, risk factors, prevalence and symptoms.
• How occupational therapy bridges the gap between early-stage arthritis and the need for surgical intervention.
• How you can manage your symptoms at home and still be able to participate in your usual activities.
• Information about joint protection strategies.
• Basic and safe exercises to do at home.
• An introduction to adaptive equipment.
