Sir Arthur Conan Doyle is best known to us as the creator of Sherlock Holmes. But this fascinating man was far more than that: a wide-ranging writer, an amateur detective in his own right and a spiritualist.

This illustrated talk from local crime writer David Kilner will explore his life from a broad perspective.
