Dogs and Cats Online (DACO) temporarily unavailable for pet owners
Please be aware that Dogs and Cats Online is currently unavailable for public access due to system upgrades.
If you need to register your new dog or cat, please visit or contact the Council’s Citizen Services, Norwood Town Hall
Dog registrations must be renewed by 31 August each year.
You will receive a renewal notice from the Council in late July. Please wait for this notice before registering your dog—this helps avoid duplicate records in the system.
